Shipping Policy

When will my order be fulfilled?

Our team asks for 1-3 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

We do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm, will be fulfilled the following business day.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At the present time, we only ship within the United States.

My package says delivered but I have not received it?

We are sorry to hear that! In cases where a package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend a few steps. Sometimes, packages are prematurely marked as delivered, so it's best to wait 24 hours after the delivery notification before concluding there's a problem. Here's what you can do:

  1. Reach out to your local postal service and try to talk directly with the postal worker who handles your route. They often remember details about package deliveries.
  2. Ensure that your mailbox or delivery area is safe. Consider leaving a note requesting that packages not be left unattended.

If you've followed these steps and still have an issue, please proceed to the USPS website to file a claim. Then, share the claim number with our team. We must inform you that we're not liable for orders that are lost after being marked as “Delivered.” To avoid such situations, please provide a delivery address where someone is available during the day, especially if your mail area isn't secure.

How does your expedited shipping work?

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or deliver on weekends and holidays. For expedited orders to be shipped the same day, they must be placed before 12:30pm EST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns, only exchanges on regular priced items. Sale items CANNOT be exchanged or store credited. SWIMWEAR IS NON-RETURNABLE due to hygienic reasons. Our policy is valid thru 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

Can I exchange my item?

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be exchanged or store credited. 

FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned or exchanged for store credit. 

Our policy is valid thru 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

What happens if my packaged arrived damage?

We are so sorry! If you received a damaged item, you will be able to exchange the item for a new one of the exact model you originally purchased.

What is your returns processing fee?

The returns processing fee helps to cover in part the cost of the shipping label that we provide to send your order back to our receiving team.

Orders processed for exchange will incur the returns processing fee.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes. Please contact us prior to your purchase with any questions you may have regarding your desired item. We try our best to accommodate our customers but cannot always guarantee we will be able to make adjustments on your order once it has been processed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive email confirmation that will include your tracking number and link to track.
